Member Servce Rep-Floater-Pt-Temp
About The Position
This position serves as the point of contact for members, providing courteous and professional help, as well as promoting Gibson Electric's and Gibson Connect's products and services. It establishes accounts, maintains accounts, receives payment, reviews past due balances, makes collection calls, etc. The employee must work with short notice in any of Gibson's Member Service Centers, especially during peak vacation seasons and holidays; work up to eight hours per day as needed; and respond to 24-hour call-out and work overtime as needed, including weekends, nights and holidays.
Requirements
- High school diploma or the equivalent.
- Courses or training in keyboarding, software used by position, operation of equipment used by the position, customer service and sales.
- Valid Tennessee Driver License.
