This position serves as the point of contact for members, providing courteous and professional help, as well as promoting Gibson Electric's and Gibson Connect's products and services. It establishes accounts, maintains accounts, receives payment, reviews past due balances, makes collection calls, etc. The employee must work with short notice in any of Gibson's Member Service Centers, especially during peak vacation seasons and holidays; work up to eight hours per day as needed; and respond to 24-hour call-out and work overtime as needed, including weekends, nights and holidays.
