• Answering telephone calls
• Directing telephone calls to the appropriate person with minimum transfers
• Processing telephone transactions for members
• Gathering information and identifying solutions for members and potential members
• Problem-solving debit card issues
• Remaining informed, alert, and vigilant regarding fraud and/or scam activity
• Maintaining member account information on the computer system
• Performing other duties as assigned
