About The Position

The County Federal Credit Union is seeking a positive professional to join their team as a Member Services Center Representative in Caribou, Maine. This position is responsible for answering telephone calls, directing calls to the appropriate person with minimal transfers, processing telephone transactions for members, gathering information and identifying solutions for members and potential members, problem-solving debit card issues, staying informed about fraud and scam activity, and maintaining member account information on the computer system.
