About The Position

Kohler Credit Union is looking for a Full-Time Member Service Representative to join our Contact Center team in Sheboygan, WI. This position starts at $17.45-$19.50 per hour and is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to begin or grow their career in banking, financial services, and customer support. No previous financial institution experience is required. As a Member Service Representative, you'll play an important role in delivering exceptional member service and creating positive financial experiences. You'll serve as a trusted resource for members by answering questions, providing account support, resolving issues, and identifying products and services that help members achieve their financial goals. You'll assist members through multiple communication channels, including phone, chat, email, and secure messaging, while providing timely, accurate, and personalized solutions. Your responsibilities may include processing debit card requests, assisting with digital banking support, verifying mobile deposits, completing account maintenance, and maintaining detailed records to ensure quality service and compliance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, solving problems, building relationships, and being part of a team focused on delivering outstanding customer experiences. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
