Float Member Service Advisor
About The Position
Reliant Credit Union is hiring a Float Member Service Advisor to support branches in Wayne and Ontario Counties, primarily in Macedon, Newark, Farmington, Canandaigua, Sodus, and Geneva. The role is also expected to travel to any of the credit union’s 10 locations. This is an hourly, non-exempt, full-time position with a schedule based on business needs. Branch business hours are Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m.–4 p.m.; Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m.; and Saturday, 9 a.m.–12 p.m. Schedule flexibility is required to meet current and future business needs. Member Service Advisors work directly with members and represent the credit union and its culture. They provide positive member experiences, complete routine member transactions professionally, confidentially, and accurately, and ensure members are offered Reliant products and services. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous cash-handling, sales, or customer-service experience.
- Professional and positive attitude, with a desire to help others.
- Confidence recommending products and services.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays.
- Use a keyboard, monitor, telephone, and other standard office equipment.
- Ability to lift and move a minimum of 20 pounds.
- Regular, reliable, and timely attendance.
