About The Position

Reliant Community Federal Credit Union is hiring a full-time Float Member Service Advisor (MSA) to support its branches in Wayne and Ontario Counties, primarily in Macedon, Newark, Farmington, Canandaigua, Sodus, and Geneva. The role may require travel to any of the credit union’s 10 locations. The hourly, non-exempt position works a schedule based on business needs and requires flexibility to meet current and future business needs. Branch business hours are Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.; Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; and Saturday, 9 a.m. to noon. MSAs work directly with members and represent the credit union and its culture. The role focuses on providing a positive member experience, completing routine transactions professionally, confidentially, and accurately, and ensuring members are offered Reliant products and services. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous cash handling, sales, or customer service experience.
Professional and positive attitude, with a desire to help others.
Confidence recommending products and services.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays.
Capable of regular, reliable, and timely attendance.
Use of a keyboard, monitor, telephone, and other standard office equipment.
Ability to lift and move a minimum of 20 pounds.
