About The Position

The Member Relations Representative is responsible for the administrative support and coordination of daily Fleet operations while providing clerical and administrative support for the Club to achieve its goals. This position provides support for member service requests, the Fleet maintenance team, and vendor relations. The role is responsible for investigating member concerns, record keeping, and providing reporting and administrative support to the Fleet Services team.

Requirements

  • Customer service and administrative experience required.
  • Basic computer literacy required.
  • Ability to adjust style and approach to suit situations that involve rapidly changing tasks, shifting priorities, simultaneous demands or transitions into new assignments.
  • Ability to use appropriate interpersonal styles and methods to reduce tension or conflict, relate positively to people in stressful situations, and remain calm under pressure.
  • Ability to take initiative and address multiple demands and competing priorities in a changing environment.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to solve problems by assessing relevant information, drawing on past experiences and applying critical thinking to develop an appropriate solution.
  • Able to make timely and sound decisions independently, understanding the impact and implications and providing feedback on outcomes.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues, motivating others to action, establishing rapport and gaining the trust of others.
  • General geographical knowledge of Oregon and Idaho State and its road systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Some college education highly preferred.
  • Salesforce experience a plus.
  • Bilingual fluency of Spanish/English language is very helpful in this role.
