About The Position
Whop is hiring a Member of Technical Staff to build and own a substantial part of its native iOS product. The role takes ideas from initial scoping and design through implementation, launch, and measurement, while matching the pace of the company's web product. The position is based in Palo Alto and is in person. Compensation is a competitive salary and meaningful equity, with a stated range of $300,000–$800,000.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience shipping production iOS applications using native Swift.
- A track record of end-to-end ownership, including projects conceived, built, and shipped independently.
- Fluency in Swift and SwiftUI.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Palo Alto to work in person.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with high-scale consumer apps.
- Experience with TypeScript, React, or Ruby on Rails.
Responsibilities
- Own projects end to end, from scoping and design through building, shipping, and monitoring metrics.
- Build and maintain a large surface of Whop's native iOS product in Swift.
- Ship iOS product work at a pace matching the web team.
