Responsibilities

• Building 0->1 and scaling 1->1000
• End-to-end ownership of product development
• Landing major improvements to the product
• Completing and announcing important projects and demonstrating their impact
• Failing fast and pivoting when necessary
• Building end-to-end systems
• Leveraging modern models as components of thoughtful, intentional systems
• Eliminating downtime for mission-critical services
• Optimizing backends for mission-critical domains
• Tracking down and optimizing away sources of inefficiency
• Creating magical user experiences
• Building beautiful, modern, intentional interfaces
• Building beautiful mobile apps that users find to be a joy to use
• Pushing the boundaries of what modern models are capable of
