About The Position
This role exists to make Metaview one of the best-known and most respected product companies in San Francisco. The goal is to increase awareness of Metaview among exceptional technical talent, turning the company into a talent magnet. You will work directly with product leadership and recruiting to achieve this mission. The role involves identifying and engaging with relevant communities, events, and individuals to build Metaview's reputation within the startup and engineering ecosystem.

Responsibilities
- Increase awareness of Metaview among exceptional technical talent.
- Identify and engage with relevant communities and events.
- Determine which events to sponsor and which to host.
- Build meaningful relationships with students, founders, engineers, and operators.
- Organize events such as dinners for students, founder-engineer gatherings, hackathons, and engineering meetups.
- Coordinate with university leaders and build relationships with members of key organizations.
- Evaluate the value of sponsorships.
- Improve the quality of the recruiting pipeline.
