About The Position

Abridge is hiring a Product Designer to shape its product experience and help redesign healthcare delivery. The role focuses on creating experiences that give clinicians back time, reduce cognitive load, and help them focus on patients. Designers take meaningful ownership, navigate ambiguity, and contribute to the quality of Abridge’s products and design practice. The scope of the role reflects the candidate’s experience, strengths, and expertise. The Product Designer works on complex clinical workflows and AI capabilities, translating them into intuitive experiences. The role spans the product lifecycle, from exploring ideas and setting product direction to creating high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and user flows. The designer collaborates with product, engineering, research, design, and other partners, grounding decisions in user research and balancing user needs with business goals and technical realities. The position follows a hybrid work model and requires working from Abridge’s San Francisco or New York office at least three times per week. Relocation assistance is available for candidates willing to move to either city.
