About The Position

Abridge is hiring a Product Designer to shape experiences that improve healthcare delivery by giving clinicians back time, reducing cognitive load, and helping them focus on patients. Designers will work on novel problems in healthcare, where design decisions affect people’s lives and well-being. Scope will reflect each designer’s experience and strengths, with an expectation of meaningful ownership, navigating ambiguity, and helping raise product and design quality. The role involves working closely with cross-functional partners, understanding complex clinical workflows, and applying empathy and structure to ambiguous problems. The designer will contribute across the product lifecycle, from exploring ideas to refining experiences, and help establish a high bar for clarity, craft, and strategic thinking. The position requires working from Abridge’s San Francisco or New York office at least three times per week under a hybrid work model. Relocation assistance is available for candidates willing to move to either city.
