This role is responsible for assisting members and non-members with a variety of financial transactions and inquiries. The specialist will handle tasks such as opening and closing accounts, managing debit cards, online/mobile banking, and other services. They will also resolve member issues within their authority, promote credit union products, and act as a liaison between members and departments. The role may involve representing the credit union in external engagements and requires cross-training in lending. Notary services are also provided.
