Walmart Family Whole Health & Fitness, managed by HealthFitness, is looking for a high-energy, full-time (40 hrs/week) Member Experience Specialist to join their Bentonville, AR team. In this people-focused role, you will build meaningful connections, drive new memberships, and help members stay engaged through outstanding service and relationship-building. This role requires someone who is self-motivated, organized, and loves creating welcoming experiences to make a real impact.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Adult and pediatric CPR/AED and First Aid certification from American Heart Association, American Red Cross, National Safety Council, or American Safety & Health Institute required.
  • 1-2 years previous sales experience.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated and communicates effectively.
  • Passionate about helping others improve the quality of their lives.
  • Able and willing to listen to feedback and apply it moving forward.
  • Able to walk at least 15,000 steps per 8 hour shift and stand for 8 hours.

  • Associates degree or relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Key point of contact for the community and members at the client's Health and Wellness Center.
  • Responsible for providing assistance and service to clients by answering requests, process, and provide information on membership accounts and services offered.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and existing members via face-to-face service, phone, text, and email communication.
  • Building lasting relationships with prospective and current members.
  • Meeting sales goals and generating leads through prospect, networking, and member referrals.
  • Promoting and attending facility social events.
  • Serving as facility ambassador to local businesses, corporations and community members.
  • May provide leadership presence on the floor to assist with issues that may arise and provide coverage when manager isn’t available.
  • Conduct tours of the facility and assist members with account changes and requests.
  • Other duties as needed/assigned
