Requirements

  • Experience in business development activities, including canvassing and outreach, is crucial for strengthening our connections with local businesses and community partners.
  • Candidates should demonstrate adaptability and a commitment to ongoing learning to stay aligned with SkyOne's mission and strategic goals, contributing actively to branch and team success.
  • Minimum one year of financial institution experience and one year of sales experience.
  • Demonstrated success in sales, cross‑selling, or performance‑based roles.
  • Strong coaching, mentoring, and communication skills (verbal, written, and phone).
  • Proven ability to cross-sell products and hold effective, consultative conversations.
  • Solid understanding of financial products and services.
  • Proficient with Windows, Word, Excel, internet navigation, 10-key, and general typing.
  • Goal-oriented, dependable, and able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Demonstrates a professional presence, creative thinking, and a growth-oriented mindset.
  • Must have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Elevating sales performance while delivering an exceptional experience to every member and business partner.
  • Taking ownership of the branch's sales goals and inspiring fellow Member Experience Specialists to achieve excellence.
  • Engaging in opening business accounts, conducting local canvassing, and uncovering opportunities to welcome new organizations into the SkyOne family.
  • Acting as a strategic ambassador to our Select Employer Groups (SEGs) to strengthen existing partnerships and forge new connections.
  • Championing the SOAR service and sales model to drive meaningful conversations that reinforce a culture of service excellence while enhancing community engagement and sales outcomes.
