In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for members and healthcare providers, assisting with health insurance inquiries related to claims, benefits, and eligibility. Requirements

Previous customer service experience
Call center experience in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Teams, Word, and Excel
Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously
Strong attendance record and commitment to reliability
Self-motivated with a desire to learn and advance professionally

Nice To Haves

Healthcare, insurance, or benefits administration experience
Experience supporting members, patients, or providers

Responsibilities

Handle 50-60 inbound calls per day from members and healthcare providers
Respond to inquiries regarding health insurance claims, benefits, and eligibility
Research and resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner
Accurately document interactions and update member information in company systems
Utilize Microsoft Office applications and internal systems to support customer requests
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while meeting performance expectations
Follow established procedures and compliance requirements
