About The Position
Servus Credit Union is seeking a Member Experience Manager for their Sherwood Park Baseline Branch. This role focuses on leading and coaching Member Experience Advisors to identify member needs and recommend appropriate products and services to enhance their financial fitness. The team is responsible for creating a positive first impression for members. Responsibilities
- Motivating and coaching employees to find opportunities to reimagine our member's financial fitness
- Being proactive in pursuing new business opportunities
- Solving problems quickly by analyzing the situation and provide necessary follow up
- Adhering to policies, procedures, and loss prevention guidelines to mitigate risk of loss
- Providing support, guidance, and training to all employees as necessary to ensure performance improvement and cohesive teamwork
- Understanding and meeting the needs of our members by providing them with advice on appropriate products and services, and/or identifying opportunities to refer members to appropriate team members or external partner
