About The Position

We’re looking for a highly organized, customer-focused professional to serve as a key connection point between our customers, energy services, and main office operations. As a Member Experience & Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly—supporting energy customers, coordinating service needs, and ensuring accurate, timely office processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and being at the center of a fast-moving team.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service or office experience preferred
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy with data entry and financial transactions
  • Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced, seasonal environment
  • Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
  • Comfort working across both office and operational teams

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in person
  • Take and schedule energy delivery and service orders accurately
  • Answer questions on services, accounts, pricing programs, and billing
  • Resolve customer requests or route to the appropriate team member
  • Create a welcoming and positive experience for all customers
  • Coordinate service work orders, tank sets, and site visits
  • Communicate with drivers, service technicians, and sales staff to ensure timely service delivery
  • Support daily scheduling and logistics for the energy team
  • Assist with seasonal demand fluctuations by prioritizing customer needs
  • Enter and maintain customer accounts, invoices, and payments
  • Process tickets, service orders, and billing with accuracy
  • Prepare daily deposits and maintain organized records
  • Support reporting needs and maintain compliance with company procedures
  • Help ensure smooth workflow between the Mt. Horeb office and other locations
  • Provide overflow support for main office functions as needed
  • Assist with special projects and administrative tasks
  • Maintain a positive, team-oriented environment that supports all divisions
