About The Position

Imagine360 is seeking a Member Engagement Marketing Manager to join the team! The Member Engagement Marketing Manager is a strategic, client-facing marketing generalist responsible for shaping how members experience and engage with their health plan. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, content, and execution, partnering closely with Relationship Managers and clients to design and deliver communication strategies that drive understanding, trust, and action. The ideal candidate anticipates needs, identifies gaps, and leads with recommendations, while also executing high-quality communications. Success in this role requires the ability to move seamlessly between strategic planning and hands-on delivery in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a similar field preferred or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or client-facing roles
  • Experience in healthcare, benefits, or a highly regulated/complex industry preferred
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate ideas into execution
  • Excellent writing, editing, and content development skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Experience working directly with clients or stakeholders in a consultative capacity
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic communications advisor to Relationship Managers and clients, partnering from implementation through ongoing plan-year engagement
  • Proactively identify communication gaps, risks, and opportunities across the member experience, bringing forward recommendations that enhance engagement and outcomes
  • Develop and execute comprehensive, multi-channel communication strategies aligned to client goals and member needs
  • Translate complex healthcare and benefit information into clear, engaging, and actionable content across a variety of formats (emails, campaigns, guides, toolkits, digital content)
  • Own work from concept through execution, including strategy development, writing, editing, and deployment of materials
  • Manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables to ensure high-quality, on-time execution
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Relationship Management, Product, Clinical, and Operations teams to align messaging and ensure a seamless member experience
  • Act as a bridge between client needs and internal execution, influencing stakeholders and guiding effective communication approaches
  • Leverage data, insights, and feedback to continuously refine communication strategies and improve engagement performance
  • Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and overall team effectiveness
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
