The Member Engagement Coordinator supports the planning, organization, and execution of membership engagement initiatives that provide long-term value for CRNAs, Residents, and RNs across all career stages, practice settings, and membership categories. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Member Engagement, this role collaborates with volunteers and cross-functional teams to implement member-centered programs, coordinate engagement activities, and support data-driven decisions that advance organizational priorities. This is a supportive and dynamic team that’s building and evolving member-focused programs. The role offers room to bring ideas, take ownership, and grow skills alongside colleagues who are collaborative, responsive, and genuinely invested in shared success.
