Member Engagement Coordinator

Montana Hospital AssociationHelena, MT

About The Position

The Member Engagement Coordinator is at the heart of creating a great experience for our members. This role serves as a go-to point of contact and helps keep everything running smoothly—from day-to-day administrative tasks to events, communications, and member engagement efforts across the association. You’ll support a variety of MHA’s core services, including advocacy, education and events, and communications. Whether you’re helping coordinate a project, supporting an event, or connecting with members, your work will help ensure everything feels seamless, organized, and positive. In this role, you’ll be a key connector across teams—keeping projects on track, and making sure members get timely, helpful responses. You’ll also help manage and maintain important data systems, ensuring information is accurate and useful for decision-making and outreach. A portion of the role includes supporting MHAPAC efforts, assisting with tracking, reporting, events, and other projects that support advocacy work and member involvement. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys variety in their work, is highly organized, and likes building relationships while making a real impact behind the scenes.
