Requirements

A minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar role with leadership responsibilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Experience in the healthcare industry in provider, insurance, operations, or administration, with Medicaid and/or Medicare knowledge and experience strongly desired.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate employees.
Strong time management and problem-solving skills and attention to detail and accuracy.
Must be a resident of the state of California.

Responsibilities

Oversight/Supervision of dedicated call center team by overseeing hiring, training, staff recognition, and performance evaluation.
Fully engages in real-time performance monitoring to facilitate achievement of service level agreement requirements.
Ensures inquiries and issues are researched and resolved in compliance with client-defined policies, procedures, and criteria.
Reviews and approves training curriculum to ensure staff are appropriately trained.
Continually monitors, assesses, and recommends improvement of the Call Center process.
