About The Position
AO Globe Life is looking for a Member Benefits Advisor to work remotely with individuals, families, labor union members, credit union members, and association members. You will help clients understand insurance options, answer questions, and guide them through a needs-based process with professionalism and care. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who want to use their communication skills in a client-facing career with strong training, mentorship, and advancement potential.

Responsibilities
- Connect with members and prospective clients through warm leads
- Schedule and conduct virtual appointments
- Complete needs-based coverage reviews
- Explain life, supplemental health, and accident insurance options
- Educate clients on available benefits and services
- Provide consistent, professional follow-up
- Build strong client relationships through excellent service
- Participate in training, coaching, and team development
