About The Position
AO Globe Life is seeking a Member Benefits Advisor to assist individuals and families with reviewing important insurance protection options. In this fully remote role, you will work with prospective clients, learn about their needs, and provide helpful information about life, supplemental health, and accident insurance. You will receive warm leads, online training, daily coaching, and mentorship designed to help you build confidence and grow in a client-focused career.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills
- Strong client-service and relationship-building abilities
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Comfortable using online systems and virtual meeting tools
- Self-motivated with strong follow-through
- Able to work independently and contribute to a team environment
Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective clients from company-provided warm leads
- Schedule and conduct virtual appointments
- Complete needs-based conversations to understand client priorities
- Explain life, supplemental health, and accident insurance options
- Help clients understand coverage, benefits, and next steps
- Provide timely follow-up and professional support
- Maintain organized and accurate client records
- Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and team meetings
