This position is responsible for creating exceptional member experience while processing transactions, as well as offering and demonstrating all-digital, remote and self-service options. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 6 month Financial Institution experience
  • 6 Months Cash handling, customer service and/or retail sales experience

Responsibilities

  • Assist members with their financial needs and transactions. Identify, develop, and refer business relationships to build market position
  • Educate and introduce current and new members to new products and services and assist in self-service options
  • Foster and maintain constructive member relationships
  • Review and maintain knowledge of products,
  • Understand and recommend products and services based on the member’s needs
  • Participate in sales and community events to contribute to branch and credit union goals
  • Use effective sales techniques that result in a positive member experience and meet or exceed sales goals
  • Maintain knowledge and adhere to operational, regulatory, security, and compliance standards
  • Accepts and processes all financial transactions accurately
  • Maintains responsibility and follows proper balancing procedures
  • Promote and effectively demonstrate digital, remote and self-serve options, with continual education as new products and digital services are introduced
  • Proactively generate new memberships through branch sales activities
