Member Advisor Part-Time
About The Position
TRUE Community Credit Union in Downtown Jackson is looking for a part-time Member Advisor who enjoys helping others, building relationships, and making a positive impact every day. Whether you're helping someone open their first account, navigate a financial decision, or celebrate a personal milestone, you'll play an important role in creating the kind of experiences members remember long after they leave. This part-time opportunity offers up to 29 hours per week with Monday through Friday shifts beginning as early as 8:00 a.m. and ending around 5:15 p.m., along with 2-3 Saturdays per month from 8:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year of retail, cash handling, banking, customer service, sales, or related experience is preferred
Responsibilities
- Forge meaningful relationships with members
- Seamlessly process transactions
- Efficiently open and maintain accounts
- Guide individuals through loan applications
- Actively assist people in discovering financial solutions tailored to their goals
- Deliver exceptional service that leaves a lasting impression
- Identify opportunities to safeguard members from fraud
- Confidently navigate multiple systems
- Connect members with products and services designed to enhance their financial well-being
- Build trust and brighten someone's day
