About The Position

TRUE Community Credit Union is hiring a full-time Member Advisor II for its Downtown Branch. The role helps members navigate financial decisions, celebrate milestones, and find solutions that support their goals. Each interaction is an opportunity to build trust, strengthen relationships, and create a positive member experience.

The position offers approximately 40 hours per week. Weekday shifts run Monday through Friday, starting as early as 8:00 a.m. and ending as late as 5:15 p.m., with work on two to three Saturdays per month from 8:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour or more depending on experience. Full-time team members are eligible for the listed benefits.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong member service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate multiple systems and software applications efficiently.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• At least two years of experience in a financial institution.
• Lending, account opening, and sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to members.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Open and maintain deposit accounts.
• Assist members with consumer loan applications.
• Recommend products and services that support members' financial goals.
• Educate members about fraud prevention and account security.
