About The Position

The Melting Department is responsible for supporting daily production operations by safely operating melting equipment, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring efficient workflow.

Responsibilities

• Performing machine start-up and shutdown procedures
• Completing accurate production and downtime reporting
• Following all safety protocols including Lockout/Tagout and the Stop-Call-Wait process
• Achieving daily production targets
• Ensuring part quality meets customer requirements
• Start-up and shutdown of melting machines
• Complete accurate production and downtime reports with correct codes, reject quantity and descriptions
• Follow safety protocols including Lockout/Tagout and the Stop-Call-Wait process
• Maintain good housekeeping
