Requirements

High school diploma required
Minimum 2 years experience in AV and meeting room setup/support
Proficient with AV equipment: projectors, flat screens, microphones, speakers, amplifiers, cameras, room control systems, data sharing equipment
Software competency: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Resource Scheduler, MS Teams, Cisco Webex
Ability to lift 50 lbs., set up/tear down furniture, and frequently walk buildings/stairs
Detail-oriented team player with proactive attitude and passion for creating positive experiences
Collaborative communicator who embraces continuous improvement and thinks outside the box
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

AV training/certification preferred

Responsibilities

Set up and reconfigure meeting rooms with tables, chairs, AV equipment, and cabling per guest requirements
Conduct daily/weekly room inspections, document via QR code survey, and resolve equipment outages
Troubleshoot and repair AV issues; escalate complex problems through FM work order system and own resolution
Maintain AV inventory records, conduct preventive maintenance on equipment, and manage supply stock (markers, cables, spare equipment, furniture)
Provide video conference support including VIP service for pre-arranged calls and vendor coordination
Manage room scheduling: run setup reports, book/modify/cancel reservations
Support special events and 11-room conference center with concierge-level service
Participate in monthly team meetings and complete required training
Perform other duties as assigned
