About The Position

The Meeting Services Attendant at Drury Hotels is responsible for coordinating all aspects of meeting room bookings, including catering services, breaks, and the setup and breakdown of meeting rooms, while also fulfilling customer requests. Requirements

  • Requires ability to take and give clear written and verbal direction in English and speak English clearly.
  • Requires ability to communicate in a friendly manner with guests in order to create a warm, comfortable, relaxing environment.
  • Requires knowledge of hotel accommodations and community.
  • Requires ability to conduct accurate inventory of food items and calculate order levels.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates all details in regarding meeting room bookings.
  • Including, but not limited to catering services, breaks, set up, break down of meeting rooms and customer requests.
