About The Position

Under general supervision, coordinates all details in regarding meeting room bookings. Including, but not limited to catering services, breaks, set up, break down of meeting rooms and customer requests.

Requirements

  • Ability to take and give clear written and verbal direction in English.
  • Ability to speak English clearly.
  • Ability to communicate in a friendly manner with guests to create a warm, comfortable, relaxing environment.
  • Knowledge of hotel accommodations and community.
  • Ability to conduct accurate inventory of food items and calculate order levels.

  • Coordinates all details regarding meeting room bookings.
  • Manages catering services.
  • Arranges breaks.
  • Handles set up and break down of meeting rooms.
  • Fulfills customer requests.
