Under general supervision, coordinates all details regarding meeting room bookings. Including, but not limited to catering services, breaks, set up, break down of meeting rooms and customer requests. Requirements

  • Ability to take and give clear written and verbal direction in English.
  • Ability to speak English clearly.
  • Ability to communicate in a friendly manner with guests to create a warm, comfortable, relaxing environment.
  • Knowledge of hotel accommodations and community.
  • Ability to conduct accurate inventory of food items and calculate order levels.
