Under general supervision, coordinates all details in regarding meeting room bookings. Requirements
- Ability to take and give clear written and verbal direction in English.
- Ability to speak English clearly.
- Ability to communicate in a friendly manner with guests to create a warm, comfortable, relaxing environment.
- Knowledge of hotel accommodations and community.
- Ability to conduct accurate inventory of food items and calculate order levels.

- Coordinates all details regarding meeting room bookings.
- Manages catering services for meetings.
- Arranges breaks for meeting attendees.
- Handles the setup and breakdown of meeting rooms.
- Fulfills customer requests related to meeting services.
