About The Position

Claiborne Senior Living is hiring Medication Technicians / Certified Medication Aides to administer medications safely and support resident care in a senior living community. The role is suited to detail-oriented, dependable candidates who take ownership of resident safety and work in a structured, supportive environment where integrity, focus, and accountability matter.

The position includes administering medications in accordance with physician orders, state regulations, and community policy; monitoring residents for medication effectiveness and side effects; maintaining accurate medication records and controlled substance counts; and assisting residents with activities of daily living as needed. Employees must follow medication administration and documentation standards as well as infection control, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Active CMA or Medication Technician certification (state requirements apply).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain it.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Reliable, focused, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Experience in senior living, assisted living, or healthcare is preferred.

Responsibilities
