About The Position

Atria Senior Living is hiring a Med Tech (RMA) to support residents in a senior living community. The role assists with medication administration and resident medication programs, documentation, and daily living needs. Team members work cooperatively to support residents and may receive on-the-job training and opportunities for career growth and advancement. The wage range is $18.00–$21.60 per hour, depending on prior work history and experience.

Requirements

• Meet the state-minimum requirements for experience, certification, and/or license.
• Hold Certified Medication Aide, First Aid, and/or CPR certifications if required by the state.
• No additional experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily administration of medication to residents.
• Maintain resident medication programs and documentation, including medication distribution, ordering and reception, file management, and storage.
• Assist older adults with doctor’s appointments, pharmacies, and daily living activities.
• Work ethically and cooperatively with team members in daily support of residents.
• Receive on-the-job training and pursue opportunities for career growth and advancement.
