About The Position
Performs all medication safety duties for the Pharmacy. Required to competently provide prescribed medications and drug information as needed to ensure adequate patient care according to professional standards/practices and hospital policy/procedures.
Requirements
- Graduate of school of pharmacy with a minimum of a Doctor of Pharmacy degree.
- 4 years of experience in the field of hospital pharmacy and demonstrated competency in Safe medication delivery management.
- Current, valid license to practice pharmacy in the State of California.
- Computer proficiency.
Nice To Haves
- Other training or experience with the approval of the director of pharmacy.
