About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Medication Partner for their Fremont location in Springfield, MO. This full-time position offers a pay range of $17.50 - $23.25 per hour and involves a specific shift schedule: Week 1: Monday, Saturday, and Sunday, and Week 2: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The role emphasizes empathy, creating human connections, being a reliable team member, fostering a positive environment, and continuous learning and development. Key responsibilities include ensuring the proper administration of medication, maintaining medication carts, recordkeeping, and proactively assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.

Requirements

At least eighteen (18) years of age.
Appropriately certified per state guidelines and certification is active and in good standing.
High school diploma, or equivalent.
Professional in appearance and conduct.
Mature interpersonal skills to work effectively with co-workers.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Computer skills to be able to print documents and enter information about residents.
Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Must be criminally cleared.
Be in good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks.
Good physical health shall be verified by a health screening performed by a physician not more than six (6) months prior to or seven (7) days following employment.
Must test free from pulmonary tuberculosis at time of health screening and annually thereafter.

Ensure the proper administration of medication.

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
