About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Care Partner to join our team at Crestone in Olathe, KS. This full-time position involves creating human connections with residents, being a reliable and supportive team member, and fostering a positive and inclusive environment. The role requires a proactive approach to assisting residents with daily living activities and a commitment to personal and professional growth within the organization.

Requirements

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude.
• Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
• Must be active, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for understanding the importance of empathy and creating human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments.

• Be curious, ask questions, and be engaged in your development, growth, and training within the organization.
• Proactively assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
• Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
