About The Position
Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Partner to join our team at Crestone located at 21810 W 119th Street, Olathe, KS 66061. This full-time position involves creating human connection with residents, assisting them with activities of daily living, and fostering an inclusive and positive environment. We are looking for individuals who are empathetic, reliable, engaged in their growth, and proactive in their approach to resident care. The role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and basic computer skills. Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
- Positive and energetic attitude.
- Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
- Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
- Must be criminally cleared.
Responsibilities

- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
- Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
