About The Position
Join CountryHouse Lincoln II, an Agemark Senior Living community, as a full-time Medication Aide and help provide compassionate, dependable care to the residents we serve. This is a full-time day position.
Requirements
- Current Medication Aide certification as required by the state.
- Compassionate, dependable, and attentive to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
- Basic computer skills for medication documentation.
- Ability to work the scheduled day shift, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Responsibilities
- Safely administer medications according to physician orders and resident care plans.
- Accurately document medication administration and maintain required records.
- Observe residents for changes in condition and communicate concerns to nursing staff.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity and independence.
- Build positive relationships with residents and your fellow team members.
- Help create a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment.
