This role involves administering medication, monitoring patients, assisting with daily living activities, providing emotional support, and assisting with behavioral care and insulin administration. Requirements
- Qualified Medication Aide Indiana License

Responsibilities
- Administering medication to patients as prescribed by the physician
- Monitoring patients for any adverse reactions to medication
- Documenting medication administration and any changes in patient condition
- Assisting with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Providing emotional support to patients and their families
- Assisting with behavioral care for patients with dementia or other behavioral disorders
- Assisting with insulin administration for diabetic patients
- Communicating with physicians and other healthcare professionals regarding patient care
- Ensuring that all medication and medical supplies are properly stored and secured
- Following all state and federal regulations regarding medication administration
