About The Position

At Senior Healthcare Advisors, we are expanding our sales teams and looking for top talent to join us. With offices in Deerfield Beach, FL, and Pembroke Pines, FL, and remote agents across the country, we specialize in Medicare Supplement Insurance Plans, and Hospital Indemnity Plans. Our focus allows us to provide an elite level of guidance for our clients while also generating a consistent flow of leads for our agents. We offer plenty of call volume, no cold calling, and hands-on training, certification assistance, and ongoing coaching. Agents start with an hourly base, with commissions and monthly bonuses. Top agents are currently earning $2,000 - $3,200 weekly, which translates to $104,000 - $160,000 annually. We offer one of the highest commissions in the industry. Responsibilities

  • Provide expert guidance to clients on Medicare Supplement plan benefits
  • Assist clients with enrolling in the best plans to meet their healthcare needs.
  • Handle live transfer calls and inbound leads, ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets with the support of our qualified lead generation system.
  • Work both independently and as part of a dynamic team
  • Utilize our CRM software to track and manage client interactions.
