About The Position

Health Exchange Agency (HEA) is a high-performance Medicare Supplement agency built by agents, for agents. With a consistent, high-volume lead flow year-round, HEA offers experienced and licensed Medicare Supplement agents significant earning potential. Top agents consistently make $2,000 - $3,000 per week, with opportunities for bonuses on top of commission. This is a permanent, full-time role for motivated closers.

Requirements

• Licensed Medicare Supplement agents only
• Proven closers who thrive in a fast-paced, high-lead environment
• Hungry, self-motivated professionals ready to make serious money
• Agents who want to maximize their earnings
• Minimum of 1 year of experience preparing and processing Medicare Supplements
• Active Health Insurance License required
• Ability to reliably commute to or work from our Boca Raton, FL (33432) office location
