The Medicare Sales Representative II is responsible for supporting the sales strategy and enrollment goals in collaboration with management to ensure goals are successfully achieved for the Medicare Advantage product line within an assigned territory and consistent with state and federal regulations. This role involves contributing to and supporting the development of educational and enrollment opportunities, conducting presentations and marketing activities, and serving as a subject matter expert on CareSource’s Medicare Advantage product line. The representative will act as a liaison between the CareSource Health Plan and the community, communicating accurately to Medicare beneficiaries about product choices and meeting sales goals. Building and maintaining strategic relationships, executing administrative duties, and meeting customer expectations are key aspects of this position. Regular travel is required to attend community events, conduct presentations, and participate in sales meetings.
