About The Position

Humana's MarketPoint Career Channel Team is seeking accomplished Medicare Field Sales Agents to join a collaborative team of 8-12 agents in Duval County. This field-based role requires agents to live in the designated territory and work under the guidance of a Senior Manager and Regional Director. The primary focus is to help individuals understand and enroll in Humana's Medicare Advantage plans and other offerings, build community relationships through grassroots marketing and events, and drive self-generated sales to meet performance goals and expand Humana's market presence.

Requirements

• Active Health Insurance License required.
• Must live in Duval County.
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in prospective members' homes, at community-based events and engaging with the community through service, retail environment, organizations, volunteer work or local events.
• Valid state driver’s license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance meeting at least 25/25/10 coverage limits (or higher, based on state requirements).
• First five weeks of employment and attendance is mandatory for training.

Nice To Haves

• Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance License.
• Background in selling Medicare products.
• Experience in public speaking or delivering presentations to groups.
• Background in supporting Value Based Care organizations.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRMs.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to speak, read, and write fluently in both languages.
