Bloom, an insurance industry growth partner, is seeking a motivated and skilled Medicare Sales Agent for a temporary role supporting their Medicare sales programs during the Annual Enrollment Period (October 15 – December 7). The role typically begins in August or September and requires flexibility to work shifts within the Hours of Operation (HOO), which can include evenings and weekends during AEP (Monday-Sunday, 8:00 AM – 11:00 PM EST). Agents will make outbound calls to assigned leads, primarily focusing on Medicare Advantage (MA) sales for the Focused Health program. This is a temporary position with potential for extension into the Open Enrollment Period (OEP) and possible transition to a full-time role for high-performing agents. The role is 100% remote and requires agents to use their own computer equipment (BYOD), with Bloom providing and installing security software. Reliable high-speed internet and a suitable workspace are also necessary.
