Bloom, the insurance industry’s trusted growth partner, is seeking a motivated and skilled Licensed Health Plan Advisor to join our team for the Annual Enrollment Period (October 15 – December 7). This is a temporary Medicare Sales Agent position supporting Bloom’s Medicare sales programs during the busiest part of the year. The role typically begins in August or September, depending on business needs and program assignment. Agents will receive an assigned schedule based on Hours of Operation (HOO) and are expected to adhere to the designated work hours. During AEP, typical HOO run Monday–Sunday, 8:00 AM–11:00 PM EST. In this role, you will work assigned leads through inbound and/or outbound calls, depending on the specific program. While agents may support multiple product types, the primary focus will be Medicare Advantage (MA) sales for one carrier, and agents may not sell MA products outside of Bloom. This is a temporary role aligned with the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP), which runs October 15 – December 7. There is potential for the contract to extend into the Open Enrollment Period (OEP), January 1 – March 31, based on performance and business needs. Upon completion of the season, high-performing agents may be considered for transition to a full‑time benefits eligible role, depending on available opportunities.
