About The Position
We are seeking motivated and licensed insurance professionals to join our growing team as Medicare Navigator Licensed Agents. This role focuses heavily on Medicare beneficiaries, helping them understand, enroll, and manage their coverage throughout the year.
Requirements
- Active Florida 2-15 or 2-40 Health Insurance License
- Must be fully released from any prior agency, carrier, or FMO before start
- Strong experience or interest in Medicare sales and enrollments (ACA experience secondary)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to work onsite in Jacksonville, FL
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Assist Medicare beneficiaries with enrollment and plan selection (Medicare Advantage & PDP)
- Educate clients on Medicare options and coverage details
- Handle policy changes, renewals, and member service requests
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation and compliance standards
- Work company leads and existing book of business
- Ensure high-quality customer service and follow-ups
