Precision University is an immersive internship program introducing advanced-degree candidates to medical writing. This paid, fully remote internship lasts up to 12 weeks and starts in February 2027. Instruction is scheduled for flexible evenings, 10–15 hours per week, to accommodate academic and research commitments. Full-time employment is not guaranteed, though successful interns may be considered for Medical Writer roles after completing the program. The intern will work closely with the Medical Communications team and learn medical-writing principles while gaining exposure to client work involving the development of medicines and treatments. The program covers developing content for different deliverables and audiences, including healthcare professionals and patients, as well as evaluating scientific literature, coordinating references, and verifying cited information in pharmaceutical medical, marketing, and publication materials and medical, legal, and regulatory submissions.
